I’m done waiting for the companies and individuals to step up and take responsibility for this. If they won’t volunteer, I will apply some pressure to ensure they do. Thank you, President Biden.

It's frustrating to see a company with so much potential mismanage things so badly. They have the resources, the model (mostly), and many of the right people in place, yet they're failing. Clearly, something's not working, or they wouldn't be downsizing and potentially selling off the company. I'm confident I could turn things around within 18 months if given the opportunity. I have a comprehensive plan, but the current leadership wasn't interested in hearing it. Apollo might be, but I don't know if I will ever get the chance to sell them on it.

When strong accusations are made and the accused respond by stonewalling or ignoring the issue, it often signals an attempt to avoid accountability rather than asserting innocence. Silence in the face of serious allegations can be seen as an unwillingness to engage with the matter directly, raising suspicions and calling into question the credibility of the accused. In many instances, this silence can be more telling than any defense, as it suggests an effort to conceal the truth rather than confront it head-on - This is for you Invited, Concert, Apollo, Hyatt, Hilton, Gecko, Paris Leadership, among others, and the hundreds of individuals complicit in this matter.
During my current legal battles, I have seen this dynamic play out firsthand. Only one entity has stepped up to address the claims made against them, while over 100 others have either remained silent at the demand of their company or on their own volition. Whether by directive or choice, their refusal to respond speaks volumes. The absence of response, or what could be seen as willful ignorance, is deafening and deeply revealing. It underscores a general rule of thumb: when those accused remain quiet, it often raises more questions than it answers.
What’s more telling is that I have proof of what they are hiding, and I believe they know it - I certainly have told them and it's all right here to read. Their silence, in this case, is not a sign of innocence—it is a clear indication that they are aware of the facts, and their refusal to engage is an attempt to shield themselves from the consequences of their actions. In a situation where transparency and accountability are expected, withholding comment only reinforces the suspicion that there is something to hide.
It is never too late for accountability... the truth will always prevail.

Statement Regarding False Accusations and Unethical Conduct at The Hamlet
This statement addresses false accusations against me and exposes unethical and potentially criminal actions by individuals at The Hamlet. It has been reviewed and approved by my legal counsel.
Let me be clear: I categorically deny the allegation that I blackmailed a member. This will be proven in court with irrefutable evidence.
This situation stems from a member engaging in egregious behavior, including racist and hateful language directed at my staff. Multiple witnesses provided detailed accounts of this member's unacceptable conduct. Despite the severity of his actions, and my initial decision to terminate his membership, the company, influenced by a former colleague, ultimately allowed him to remain a member.
This colleague, motivated by personal gain during a period of organizational turmoil, orchestrated a smear campaign against me. This included coercing false police reports, planting drugs in my desk, exploiting the presence of my legally owned firearm (for which I have faced appropriate legal consequences, a matter addressed elsewhere), and rifling through my personal belongings. This individual even unearthed a letter I had written in a moment of frustration, expressing my anger at the company's decision to reinstate the abusive member. This letter, never intended to be seen by anyone, has been misconstrued as evidence of blackmail.
Furthermore, confidential information about this matter was leaked to former employees in violation of company policy.
It is crucial to understand that the member in question admitted to verbally abusing staff in front of numerous witnesses. His actions blatantly violated the club's zero-tolerance policy on hate speech and harassment. Despite this, the company chose to prioritize his membership over the well-being and safety of its employees.
I have reported all of this to the company in writing, but my concerns have been ignored. Instead, they have promoted individuals involved in this misconduct and retained the offending member. This demonstrates a complete disregard for ethics and integrity.
Moreover, I have evidence of forgery committed by the individual who searched my desk. This is a criminal act, and I will pursue legal action.
I am sharing this information publicly because my integrity is non-negotiable. The company has had countless opportunities to address these issues but has chosen to remain silent. This statement serves to set the record straight and expose the truth.
To my friends and colleagues in the industry: I understand your silence. This is a difficult situation, and I don't blame anyone for believing what they've heard and protecting your family. I like my drink and my weed and my cards... that doesn't make me who I am. When this is over, I hope to reconnect and rebuild those relationships.
The truth will prevail.

A Message to Those Involved
I want to start by expressing my sincere gratitude to everyone who has supported me during this incredibly challenging time. Your belief in me and my integrity means the world, especially from those outside the hospitality industry who have known me the longest. I also want to thank the legal and HR professionals who have guided me and those who alerted me to the hate crime aspects of this situation.
For those who may be feeling apprehensive or uncertain about what to do, I understand. This situation is complex and has far-reaching implications. But I want to assure you that addressing this head-on, while perhaps difficult, can ultimately bring a sense of relief and closure.
Here's what I know for certain:
- I was targeted for years because of my race. Mamee Groves discriminated against me, and the company allowed it to continue. She used lies, fraud, misinformation, and even false police reports to damage my reputation and career.
- This isn't just about me. Invited and other companies have shown a reckless disregard for human rights and basic fairness. They protected the offender while enabling a hostile work environment.
- This is far from over. What we've seen so far is only the tip of the iceberg. This situation will escalate, and more truths will be revealed.
- I'm committed to justice. I have spent 16 months gathering irrefutable evidence. Multiple companies and over 90 individuals will be held accountable for their actions, including hate crimes and associated offenses - criminal and civil.

Confirmation of Blacklist/DNC List
The existence of a blacklist or DNC list targeting me has now been confirmed, and I have written proof in my possession. This is an opportunity to treat the situation as a learning moment and to prevent unnecessary escalation.
I anticipate hearing from a few of you within the next 24 hours. Consider this an olive branch and a chance to address the matter constructively. I strongly urge everyone named on this site to come together and resolve the issue promptly. I have confirmed two corporate sources regarding the blacklist’s origin and have been informed that additional sources are likely forthcoming as its dissemination and use are exposed. If the companies involved fail to come forward, I will have no choice but to pursue the individuals who distributed these messages on behalf of those companies.
To date, I have withheld the most critical evidence and refrained from involving the media further. However, with this confirmation, the matter is prepared to return to court, and I will not settle after so much damage and pain.
It is deeply unfortunate that it required the creation and publication of this site to prompt any acknowledgment. Let’s not allow this situation to escalate further.

An Open Letter and Update on Accountability
As I, alongside investigative reporters, have reached out to everyone named on this website—either directly or through their companies—with no response as of this update, it’s clear the time for waiting has passed. With a growing sense that cease-and-desist orders are on their way, I’ve expedited the release of the remainder of this site and its parent site to be released shortly.
For the Readers:
Please know that I have made multiple attempts since July 3, 2023 to reach the executives and decision-makers at these companies, as recently as the morning of November 19, 2024. Investigative reporters are actively reaching out as well. If these calls and messages had been answered in good faith, this would not have been necessary.
I will not violate any court orders, but I will share the result of 16 months of investigative work. This effort is driven by the fact that these organizations failed to heed countless warnings, avoided all calls, continued to threaten, and refused to take accountability.
To Invited Leadership:
All you had to do was listen to me. I begged, even through my lawyer. You chose silence and arrogance over action and integrity. I asked you not to underestimate me. Sometimes I AM the smartest guy in the room.
To My Former Trusted Colleagues:
This battle isn’t just for me; it’s for you, too. Many of you know exactly what happened, yet none of you had the courage to speak up. I understand the fear, but silence enables the wrongdoers.
To Maurice Darbyshire:
You took full responsibility for this situation. Yet, while I’ve struggled to survive, you’ve maintained your position and status. Shame on you.
To Bob Morse:
Your leadership—or, more accurately, the lack thereof—has contributed to the loss of tens of thousands of jobs for hardworking individuals across industries, all while you profited. You oversee Maurice. That speaks volumes.
To Mamee Groves: You’re not even worth this sentence, but here it is: You used the color of your skin to advance, weaponized fraud and hatred against me, and failed at the fundamental responsibilities of your role. Why? I never wronged you, nor did the dozens of others you targeted. Whatever happens to you from here on out, know this—you had every opportunity to stop this, and you chose not to. You came after the wrong person, and now the world will want to know: Why? What’s the next lie you’ll spin? I am sure Invited already helped you formulate an answer after assuring you of your soft landing at Hilton.
