This recording is shared to provide context for the questions below regarding Maurice Darbyshire's actions. It reflects the extreme hostility directed towards me, even long after my termination. WARNING: GRAPHIC LANGUAGE!
This section presents questions directed to witnesses and individuals who played a direct role in my experience at Invited, contributing to my professional downfall. It also includes names of those with whom I had close relationships but who, despite multiple requests, have chosen to remain silent about the injustice I faced. Would their response be the same if they were in my position? Perhaps they were advised not to respond, or maybe they’ve accepted a distorted narrative, viewing me as a liability. Regardless, I see their silence as a reflection of personal values, and I believe accountability is ultimately inevitable.
For those who have held strong opinions over the years about Mamee Groves and Invited yet chose not to respond, their names will also be displayed here, whether they remain with Invited or not. The lack of response is concerning, given the severity of the situation and the potential harm their silence enables.
Executives who publicly represent the company at its highest levels—whose names, images, and likenesses appear on Invited’s homepage—are displayed here without redaction. Other witness names are redacted, except for those directly involved or who have opted for silence in the face of these events.
Please note: Questionnaires that received responses are not included here, and I do not have access to any replies. However, the receipt of these questions by Invited’s executives has been confirmed. The absence of a questionnaire for certain C-Suite members does *not* imply a response.
These documents provide a transparent look into the questions raised, what was left unaddressed, and what this reveals about DEI practices and the culture within Invited.
